EL TAXISTA picks up 3rd WIN & goes to SANTA FE!

I hope this finds you all doing brilliant in love, health & true riches! 2008 is coming to its conclusion and our festival run which began in August at Indie Fest USA 2008, now includes 3 wins (Best Short, Best Film & Festival Choice Award), 4 nominations, and 11 Festival Selections. Our most recent win took place at Paso Robles Digital Film Festival 2008, where we took a Festival Choice Award! At a 45% acceptance rate with festivals, we are closing the year strong!

Recently, I got word from Stephen Rubin, programming director of the Santa Fe Film Festival, and now, my good friend, that we are up for 2 AWARDS!

EL TAXISTA - Trailer

This festival is particularly special to me, because my good friend, Justin Evans' film, A Lonely Place for Dying, will be screening at the Scottish Rite Temple Theatre, which is a 600+ mammoth of a theatre on November 4th. This is a film I worked on as an actor, starring Ross Marquand & Michael Scovotti, also featuring acting heavyweights Jamie Cromwell & Michael Wincott. The rumor is the screening is near sold-out. ALPFD is also up for several awards, including the prestigious Heiniken Red Star Award for Best Film!

Congratulations out to Justin, Erin, Catherine and all of the ALPFD cast/crew!!!
